Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing, cancellations and refunds work on Plotify.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
